Report by Odisha Diary bureau, Bhubaneswar: In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of Sub-Section(4) of Section 80 of the Odisha Town Planning & Improvement Trust Act, 1956 (Odisha Act-10 of 1957), the State Government do hereby re-constitute the SPA Committee for Bargarh Master Plan Area with the following members to carry out the purpose of the said Act for a period of three years with effect from the date of publication of the notification on the Odisha Gazette.
