Odisha Govt. to Provide Artificial Limbs to Dilip, who lost both his legs in a train mishap

Bhubaneswar: Dilip Sahu, who lost both his legs in a train mishap, will be provided artificial limbs, said Shri Prafulla Samal, Hon’ble Minister, Women and Child Development, Social Security and Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Govt of Odisha. The Minister, who visited Dilip in Bhubaneswar’s KIMS Hospital where he is undergoing treatment, discussed with the doctors about his health and assured his rehabilitation.

Shri Samal was accompanied by Shri Niten Chandra, Principal Secretary of Social Security and Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities. He expressed satisfaction over the treatment being provided to Dilip in KIMS Hospital. Shri Samal was happy to know that some people have come forward with financial help for Dilip’s treatment.

Dr. Achyuta Samanta, Founder, KIIT & KISS and Dr. P. K. Patnaik, Medical Superintendent, KIMS were also present during their visit.
