Bhubaneswar: Odisha Govt proposes Centre to establish 2nd AIIMS in the state in Sundargarh district. Odisha chief secretary Asit Tripathy writes to union health secretary Rajesh Bhushan proposing him to establish second AIIMS in Sundargarh.
