Bhubaneswar: Odisha govt extends Excise Rules 2019-20 for 3 more months. The rules will remain in force till Jun 30 instead of earlier date of March 31. However, the license fee is hiked by 10 per cent for FL – Off shops and country liquor shops informed Excise Commissioner.
