Bhubaneswar: Odisha government have established a new unitary University at Bhawanipatna called the Kalahandi University by altering the territorial jurisdiction of the Sambalpur University.
Odisha govt alters territorial jurisdiction of Sambalpur University by excluding revenue districts of Kalahandi & Nuapada & including the same in Kalahandi University at Bhawanipatna. The order will be effective from June 1, 2020.
