The HMs would intimate the parents about the meetings prior to seven days from the commencement of the PTMs through notice clearly indicating time and agenda of the meetings.
Besides, the officials were directed to visit at least two schools for smooth implementation of the meetings. They would share their observations of the PTMs with the OSEPA.The DEOs were directed to submit block-wise PTM data to the OSEPA by February 17 in a particular format.
Notably, the Government has chalked out a 100-day academic plan for Classes-X and XII students from January 8 after the schools reopened across the State, which had been closed due to Covid-19. The annual High School Certificate (HSC) examination would be held in May.
