Bhubaneswar : Odisha government announces that only 100 people will be allowed to attend marriages and in small shops and roadside outlets, only a maximum of five people should be allowed to stand at a time.
Besides, Hotels and bars can accommodate only 50% of their seating capacity and no cultural events, trade fair will be allowed to be organized.
