Bhubaneswar: Long awaited Utkal Rangamancha in the premises of GKCM Odissi Research centre was inaugurated along with the Mangala Geeti of the Rain by Minister, Department of Odia Language, Literature & Culture and Tourism, Sri Ashok Chandra Panda, MLA, Bhubaneswar (North), Sri Priyadarshi Mishra, Principal Secretary Department of Odia Language, Literature & Culture, Sri Manoranjan Panigrahy, Director-cum-Addl.
Secretary, Department of Odia Language, Literature & Culture, Dr. Bijay Kumar Nayak, Chief Executive, GKCM ORC, Dr. Sangita Gosain, Corporator Ward No.16, BMC, Bhubaneswar, Smt. Bharati Singh, Vice Chancellor of Utkal University of Culture, Dr. Kamal Kant Mishra, Registrar Dr. Suman Dash, Guru Ratikant Mohapatra, Smt. The two hundred seater auditorium is fully air conditioned with the best sound and light facilities.
