Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik urges FICCI members to establish long-term business association in the State

 

Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister of Odisha Mr Naveen Patnaik today said that continuous industry feedback was necessary for healthy development of business and FICCI being a 90 year old organisation has the ability to do this.

While addressing FICCI members ahead of the ‘Make In Odisha 2018 Conclave’ here, which is being held in the state from November 11 to November 15, jointly with FICCI, Mr Patnaik said that FICCI’s involvement in Make In Odisha Conclave 2018 has been a very important contribution. “I look forward to the continued support of FICCI in the state’s industrial development. Odisha has fixed six focus areas for industrial development in the state,” said Odisha CM and urged FICCI to participate in all these areas.

“Odisha is a pioneer state in skill development. We are making our youth industry ready,” he added. Mr Patnaik asked FICCI members to plan long-term association with the state. FICCI President Elect Mr Sandip Somany earlier welcomed Odisha Chief Minister and assured all support from FICCI in the development of the State. FICCI members shared their views about working in Odisha with the Chief Minister.
