It should be noted that earlier CM Naveen Patnaik predicted party will Bijepur Bypoll with a big marigin. BJD leads with 41539 votes after 19th round; Total votes secured: BJD- 101435, BJP- 59896, Cong- 10153, NOTA- 1568.
