Bhubaneswar: CM Naveen Patnaik launches Special Development Council for Tribal dominated districts of Odisha. CM Naveen Patnaik inaugurated 9 Special Development Councils of tribal-dominated 9 districts comprising of 117 blocks. Rs 175.50 crore will be spent per annum for preserving their worship place, Sports, culture, heritage &identities of 62 including 13 vulnerable tribes of State. These 9 districts includes Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, Sundargarh, Kandhamal, Gajapati, Koraput, Rayagada, Malkangiri and Nabarangapur.
