Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik laid foundation stone for the Haj House at Pokhariput in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik laid foundation stone for the Haj House at Pokhariput in Bhubaneswar and inaugurated various projects in the Capital City. The Haj House was a commitment made by him to the Muslim community in July this year.
Highlights of the projects launched:
• Haj House will be provide accommodation and transit facilities to 100s of Haj pilgrims from Odisha every year
• 530 seat ladies hostel and 600 seat boys hostel of College of Engineering and Technology (CET) inaugurated
• New buildings of Economic Offences Wing Special Task Force and Command Centre and Control Room of Special Armed Police
• Chilika Fresh outlets and Fish on Wheels mobile shops to supply fresh fish and seafood at doorsteps of people.
CM Shri Patnaik stated these modern facilities and initiatives will complement the rapid transformation of #SmartCity Bhubaneswar.
