Bhubaneswar: To provide quality electricity to the people of the state, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today inaugurated six high-capacity grid substations and Balangir-Kesinga 220 kV lines in Rayagada, Nabarangpur, Kalahandi, Sambalpur, Kendujhar and Khordha districts.
