Bhubaneswar : In a big development, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today inaugurated the Mega Omfed Dairy Plant at Arilo in Cuttack city.
Besides, the total incurred on setting up the plant is Rs 263 crore and has a per day capacity of 5 lakh litre of milk.
