Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik appoints newly inducted Giridhari Mohanty as BJD’s national spokesperson and media coordinator.
It should be noted that Former All India Radio DG (News) & DAVP DG Giridhari Mohanty joins BJD on Saturday in presence of Naveen Patnaik at his residence.
Patnaik welcoming Mohanty to the party fold said “I am happy that Mr Mohanty joined our party. His joining would strengthen the party as he has been at many high-level posts of the Central Government.”
Mohanty said he joined the BJD being inspired by Patnaik’s clean image expecting that he would get opportunities to serve people.
