Bhubaneswar: CM Naveen Patnaik announces an ex-gratia of Rs 2 lakh each to the kin of deceased of Malkangiri road mishap. At least five persons have been killed and 10 others left critically hurt after a pick-up van they were travelling in overturned near Pangama in Malkangiri district.
The mishap occurred when the pickup van carrying 25-30 persons was going towards Mathili. The driver lost control over the wheels and the vehicle turned turtle on the Malkangiri-Gobindpalli road.
