Dharakote: BJD President & CM Naveen Patnaik alleges BJP is conspiring to stop KALIA scheme .
So far 40 lakh farmers have been benefited by the KALIA scheme. The BJP is conspiring to stop the scheme but I shall not let it happen. Nobody can stop the scheme till I am alive and no eligible farmer will be deprived of the benefit under it says BJD supremo Naveen Patnaik at Dharakote.
It should be noted that BJD President & CM Naveen Patnaik campaigning in Kandhamal, Ganjam, Nayagarh districts today.
