Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Secretary reviews flood-like situation with Collectors of 10 districts; says, “Malkangiri received highest 463.2 mm rainfall in past 3 days & some low-lying areas were submerged, but situation has improved. Collectors will submit damage assessment reports to SRC. All district Collectors asked to remain alert in view of another low-pressure system which is likely to form around August 18; arrangements will be made after things will get more clear said Odisha Chief Secretary Asit Tripathy.
