Bhubaneswar : Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today delegated powers of Special Relief Commissioner (SRC) to Balasore Collector to deal with any kind of untoward situation in the district due to floods in the Subarnarekha River system.
Besides, Chief Minister has also ordered to place one helicopter with the collector to carry out rescue and relief operations, said SRC Pradeep Jena.
