Odisha Cabinet headed by CM Naveen Patnaik approved proposal to enact a new law for upgrading Silicon Institute of Technology, Bhubaneswar into a non-affiliating Unitary University. It will open up opportunities for collaborative ventures with other Universities for higher learning and research.
