Bhubaneswar: BJD MP Dr. Sasmit Patra raised issue of Coal Royalty not being revised for Odisha from 14% to 20%. He raised issue of Coal Royalty not being revised for Odisha from 14% to 20%. Dr . Patra said centre obtaining 17,300 Crores for itself by Clean Energy Cess without any share for Odisha. Demanded atleast 60% of that & for MCL to pay Rs.8297.77 Crores pending & payable to Odisha as compensation .
