Bhubaneswar : In a big breaking, Rs 1874 allocated for Kalia scheme, Rs 161 crore for agriculture research and education & Rs 968 crore for control of flood , informed Finance Minister Niranjan Pujari while presenting the budget for 2022-23 financial year .
