Bhubaneswar: Odia Theosophist Prof. Gautam Mohanty received the Fellowship in Theosophical Studies from Dr Pablo Sender from Krotona Institute of Theosophy, USA with the presence of Dr Chitaranjan Satapathy, Former International Vice President and Ms Michele Sender from America. This Fellowship is awarded for White Brotherhood, Humanity and Compassion for Universal Religion. Prof Gautam Mohanty is a Research Theosophist and an Management Faculty. He has developed several management theory and the Founder of B-School Forum. He works for young children, helping them for their bright career. Prof Mohanty is a TRIZ, Corporate Innovation, Brand specialist with more than a decade practice in product/process development and Institution areas in training & placements. Prof Mohanty has spent 14 years in Management Education (International Business and Legal System), Management Aptitude Tests as their chief implementation specialist, work as an independent global consultant(owner of KASAC Solutions),and a professor in Management Studies. During last 17 years he guided development of management projects, Govt. and Public sector examinations like (NALCO, C_DOT, NFL, PDIL etc) from AIMA-CMS testing centre. Prof Mohanty has delivered numerous basic and advance training seminars (some of them with All India Management Association) and educated & trained thousands of Managers, Engineers, and Executives in Management Programs. In 90’s Prof Mohanty dedicated for children /juniors education of creativity (ICT) Cambridge University programs in his native country INDIA. Prof Mohanty is a representative of All India Management Association, and has rights to deliver TRIZ Certification courses and to certify training courses. Prof Mohanty is a recipient of “RASHTRIYA GAURAV AWARD” in 2010 year. He has written more than fourteen research articles and completed the Six Sigma black belt certificate program. Received Eduquest Excellence Award of ETV Channel by the State Minister Mr Debiprasad Mishra, Higher Education and Industry.
