Kaniha: An ambulance has been handed over to District Headquarter Hospital, Angul under CSR initiative by NTPC Kaniha in a function held on 08/08/2017 at Collector Office.
The ambulance was handed over to Dr Basant Panda ,CDMO, Angul, in the august presence of Dr. Anil Kumar Samal, Collector, Angul, Shri Srinivas Behera, ADM, Angul & Shri Lakshmi Narayan Bisoi, ADMO, Angul Hospital.After handing over the ambulance , Collector,Angul flagged off the vehicle for public service.
The ambulance will cater the medical needs of the local residents of Angul. The ambulance is equipped with A/c, Stretcher & First AID materials. This is a noble initiative by NTPC Kaniha to strengthen the medical infrastructure facilities of Angul District Hospital.
The programme was also graced by Shri A. K. Tripathy, GM(O&M), Shri K. S. Sarma, AGM(HR), Shri A. K. Kamilla, AGM(EMG&AU), Shri Jakir Khan, DGM(HR) & Shri M. V. Rao, Officer(CSR) of NTPC Kaniha.
