Bhubaneswar: During visit of Secretary to eM (ST) and senior officers to Nuapada district on 10.10.2019, it was observed that the existing premises of the District Headquarters Hospital building were overcrowded and instructions were given to the district administration to expedite completion of the electric sub-station to enable early functionalizaton of the new 300 bedded District Headquarters Hospital building, in the interest of better patient care services.
Accordingly, prompt action has been taken to functionalize the new DHH building and on 06.11.2019 OPD services were made operational in the new building.
Steps are being taken to shift other service delivery wings to the new building in a phase-wise manner.
