Naveen Patnaik to sworn in as Chief Minister of Odisha on May 29

Bhubaneswar:   On 26th May, Sunday, the newly elected MPs of the Biju Janata Dal would meet the Party President and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik at Naveen Niwas in the morning and the same day the BJD Legislature Party meeting would be held at the Party office in Bhubaneswar with the newly elected MLAs in the afternoon , informs party spokesperson Sasmit Patra.

As per the reports BJD supremo Naveen Patnaik likely to sworn in as Chief Minister of Odisha on May 29 at Raj Bhawan.

Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, re-elected with a decisive majority in the assembly election. Mr Patnaik, 72, records his fifth time in office as chief minister, making him of the longest-serving chief ministers of the Odisha. The BJD won in 112 seats of Odisha’s 147, while its closest competitor Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is won in 23 seats, Congress wins 9 seats.
