Mumbai: Shruti Sharma has made her mark in the industry with her roles in TV show Navya followed by prominent character in projects like Wedding Anniversary, In the Shadows, Char Din Ki Chandani and Tere Mere Phere. She has been one of the finest actors in theatre group and has been working with veteran actor Pankaj Kapoor since a decade. So when she started working with much talented Marathi actor Nana Patekar, she was excited beyond words.
While working together on Wedding Anniversary, a film that features Nana Patekar, she said, “I am blessed to have this opportunity. He is a true inspiration and inspires me as an actor.” She also shared, “When he saw my work, he walked upto me and said that ‘You will go a long way in your career’”.
The actress is ga-ga over Nana Patekar’s work in NatSamrat and said, “Everytime I watch it, I am simply mesmerized by how great an actor Nana Sir is.”
