Bhubaneswar: International Sand Artist Mr. Manas Kumar Sahoo has been awarded by the Navratna Company NALCO for the development and spread of sand art in and out of the country and for bringing great repute for the nation for the last twenty-two years by the artist. In a function held in the Conference Hall of NALCO, Shri Sahoo has been felicitated with the award by the Honorable Governor of Odisha Shri S.C. Jamir and the CMD of NALCO Mr. Tapan Kumar Chand for Sand Art and Sand Animation.
