Report by Nishapati Nayak , Koraput: Maliput K.G.B.V upper primary school under lamtaput block celebrated its magnificent and reverberating Annual Day and Prize distribution function. The event was graced by lightning of lamp and flowers offered to lord jagarnath by chief guest Mr.Mahesh Chandra Nayak (DPCRTE-SSA KORAPUT).
The said programme welcome and introduction of the guests was led by Mr.Jagarnnath Khemendu. Chief Guest Mr.Mahesh Chandra Nayak (DPC) And Special Guest Mrs. Lakhmi Kumari Hantal(Chairman),Lamtaput ,Mrs.Purnima Khemendu (Sarpanch ),Mrs. Pramila Khemendu (Samiti Member) were present and Opening song was done by students
Presentation of annual report of the school was done by Mrs. P.Janaki (Head Mistress).
Cultural function with full of students and parents took part in this event .near about 372 students studies in regular basis were present .Maliput k.g.b.v school is considered one of the best school in Lamtaput Block not only for its results but for its culture too. And I feel very proud to be part of such amazing institution. Here in our school, we don’t just focus on academics but we try to teach things which will help our student to be good citizens and good individuals too ;added Mahesh Chandra nayak.
Later on distribution of prizes was done by DPC,chairman,sarpanch ,samatimember ,B.E.O,A.B.E.O,ward member,different CRCC etc.
Vote of thanks was delivered by Mr.Paramanda Lenka(Asst.Teacher) .
