Bhubaneswar: Mindfire Solutions- one of the leading custom software development companies, has come up with a Road Safety Campaign on the eve of its annually held event – Debasish Das Memorial IT Quiz (DDM IT). As part of this initiative a street campaign was conducted at Nalco Square and KIIT College Square, here at Bhubaneswar on Friday. The campaign was also conducted in the Head Office premises of Mindfire Solutions which aimed at safety of their own employees.
As per sources, the IT major had started this Debasish Das Memorial Quiz right back in 2011 as it was the dream of late Debasish Das who died to a fatal road accident and this year the company has added another feather to DDMIT in remembrance of its brightest brain ever by launching the Road Safety campaign. The event stressed on spreading general awareness on Traffic rules and safety measures to help change the unsafe behaviors on the roads causing deadly accidents.
DDMIT is a national Level quizzing brand that has been taking place since last 8 years and has earned the image of one of the most prestigious Inter-college technical quiz of the country. This annually held quiz has been providing an excellent learning opportunity and much needed exposure to the budding talents of nation to build their future. On this account the DDM IT Quiz is conducted annually since 2011 for students pursuing technical or management education across the nation. Along with trophies and certificates the competition will award handsome Rs. 1,00,000, Rs.50,000 and Rs. 30,000 cash prize to winner, first runner-up and second runner-up respectively.
