Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Assembly Speaker Narmada Prasad Prajapati accepts resignation of six Congress MLAs – Imarti Devi, Tulsi Silawat, Pradhuman Singh Tomar, Mahendra Singh Sisodia, Govind Singh Rajput and Prabhu Ram Chaudhary. They were earlier removed from the state Cabinet.
Earlier Congress party issues a whip to all its MLAs for Vidhan Sabha session of Madhya Pradesh legislative assembly, from 16th March to 13th April.
Madhya Pradesh CM Kamal Nath writes to Union Home Minister Amit Shah, requesting him to ‘ensure that 22 Congress MLAs who have been kept in Bengaluru, are able to reach Madhya Pradesh safely to participate in Assemby Session which starts March 16, without any fear.’
