Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan Visits Ansuiya Ashram, Gupt Godavari and Other Places of Chitrakoot

 

Bhopal : Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan visited Parmahans Ashram and performed Pooja Archana at Atri Muni and Ancient Ansuiya Mandir of Chitrakoot today. He also inspected the ghats of Mandakini river in front of the temple and saw the clean water sources of the river. Shri Chouhan said that natural water sources will be made incessant conducting a survey. Shri Chouhan visited religious, spiritual and tourism importance places keeping in view the development of public facilities and beautification at Chitrakoot today.

Shri Chouhan issued directives for construction of sheds on both the stair routes of the Gupt Godavari, cleanliness and for arrangement of dustbins. He mentioned that this picturesque place will be made more beautiful and convenient. Moreover, all the facilities will be provided at all the spiritual and historical places without disturbing their original form.

Moreover, Shri Chouhan had darshan at Ashtbhuji Mandir and inspected arrangements at Hanuman Dhara, Vandevi, Janki Kund, Sphatic Shila, Raghavghat, Sarbhanga Sutikshan Ashram during the visit. He stated that sufficient facilities will be developed for women at Vandevi and Janki Kund. Deliberations on Light and Sound show beside construction of open theatre at Chitrakoot took place on the occasion. Shri Chouhan mentioned to develop a place having Ramcharit Manas Couplets of Tulsi Das written all over from one end to other. He further said that Ramayanam to be held at Chitrakoot will be started again this year.
