Bhubaneswar: Landless farmers can now get loans without collateral; Cooperative banks directed to sanction loan of Rs 50000 to each Joint Liability Group comprising 5 share-croppers at 1 % interest rate, women farmers to get Rs 30000. This was informed by the Cooperation Minister Surjya Patro.
