Bhawanipatna: Kalahandi Sub-Collector imposes Sec 144 in Bhawanipatna town from midnight of May 24 to 6 PM on May 25 in view of evacuation of migrants from different coaches of Shramik Special train which is scheduled to arrive in the town from Goa tomorrow.
