Hyderabad: Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC), one of South Asia’s finest convention venues, has played host to some of the biggest international and national music acts over the last decade. Following up last year’s high energy live performances at the opening edition, HICC presents the 2nd season of Café New Orleans – A one-night jazz and blues extravaganza. Enthusiasts of the genre can look forward to electrifying sets from talented powerhouses like Dennis Powell’s DP Collective from Hyderabad, 4th Element and Soulmate from Shillong. The thrills on stage shall be accompanied by beverages and bites inspired by the cafes of New Orleans.
Details of the Band members:
1. Soulmate: Soulmate’s Rudy Wallang and Tipriti Kharbangar are joined by Leon Wallang on Bass Guitar and Vincent Tariang on Drums.
2. 4th Element: Keyboardist Ribor MB, Sara Lee on vocals, Amit Mullick on guitar, Sam Shullai on drums, and Jeffrey Laloo will be the bass player.
3. DP Collective: Dennis Powell on piano, Benjamin Christopher on bass, George Hull on saxophone, Savio Powell on guitar, Karthik Kalyan on Drums and Shakila Dausi handling vocals.
