Report by Khanu Nanda; Jagatsinghpur: The Jagatsinghpur district superintendent of police [SP] Akhileshvar Singh offered emergency help to an accident victim who was seeking help on road after sustaining a road mishap at Chakradharpur on Cuttack- Paradep state highway. The report said that SP Singh was on his way to Paradeep police station on Thursday dusk while he found that youth was laying on road following a road mishap, crying help for medical assistance. Strangely people at the site not responding to the youth even a few onlookers were making videos of the incident.
