Report by Kahnu Nanda, Jagatsinghpur: The district collector Sangram Keshari Mohapatra held a departmental review meeting on Friday and discussed with officials about several developmental works are undergoing in district. Collector Mohapatra emphasized officials should give importance performing works as court case, e-governance, public complaint and utilization of funds timely. District civil supply department was being asked to check retailers stock registers and distribution system each month. Works department had been directed renovate the roads connecting to Nabakrushna Choudhury stadium and beautification of stadium premises. District’s E Office and Wi-Fi programme would be shortly launched after getting approval from state government, collector assured. The meeting was attended by ADM Satchidananda Sahoo, sub collector M P Mohanty, deputy director statistics Kailash Chandra Pani, deputy collectors , and others senior officers. [Ends]
