Report by Kahnu Nanda; Paradip: As a part of observation of Swachhta Hi Sewa, walkathon was held in Paradip Refinery Township with the participation of employees of Paradip Refinery, Students and Teachers from DPS Paradip Refinery on Tuesday. The walkathon started from NSCB Sports complex. Students were holding Placard propagating the message of Cleanliness. The Swachhata Rath with messages and songs of Swacchata in Hindi and Odiya also accompanied the walkathon simultaneously. Shri G.S.Singh Executive Director ( In charge) administered the Swachhta Pledge to all present in the occasion. Shri TDVS Gopalakrishna Executive Director( Technical ) , Shri N R Patnaik, CGM(I/C)PJ and other CGMS, Senior officials from Paradip Refinery were also present in the occasion. This was followed by a Cleanliness Drive. Earlier various activities was held by Paradip Refinery in nearby villages, school , colleges as a part of observance.
