Puri: International Sand artist Manas Sahoo has paid a tearful adieu to Shri Manohar Parrikar, the Chief Minister of Goa though his sand art.
Known as the Chief Minister of common people, Manohar Gopalakrishna Prabhu Parrikar, the Chief Minister of Goa has been very famous all over not just for honesty but for his simple and austere lifestyle. Famous sand artist Manas Kumar Sahoo has paid a tearful adieu on his demise. He too had performed his duty honestly, courageously, with pure and great skill while serving as the Defense Minister of India.
Mr. Manas Kumar Sahoo has paid a tearful adieu to him by making a 10 feet width sand sculpture on the golden sea-beach of Puri. It took nearly eight hours to make this sand sculpture and some 10 tonnes of sand is used to build it. Tribute to Goa Chief Minister Late Mr. Manohar Parrikar.
