India Meteorological Department forecast further improvement in #ColdWave conditions in Northern parts of country including Delhi, Haryana & Punjab for next couple of days. Senior Scientist in IMD, RK Jenamani attributes improvement in cold wave conditions to western disturbance. He said, from 31st December, the region will again experience a fresh spell of cold wave.
