The 120-year-old Swarovski name is world-renowned and has created fabulous Swarovski Gemstones for well-known brands. A certified member of the Responsible Jewellery Council, Swarovski Gemstones Business has a great collection.
From Dubai to the USA and UK, the Surya Golds brand launched two decades ago by the Shoor Family, has a large operation comprising in-house production unit manufacturing. Clumps of leafy bushes dotted the ramp while strands of blossoms from the ceiling turned the venue into a dream like garden.
The collection on the ramp was a mélange of jewellery inspired by South Indian designs and modern fashion jewellery. Nature played an important part as peacock and lotus motifs decorated the ornate pieces. Gorgeous eye-catching earrings, chokers, necklaces, chunky bracelets, bangles and striking cocktail rings looked amazing on the catwalk. Highlighting the glittering gold were white, coloured Swarovski Gemstones and pearls. The delicate machine jaalis designs were particularly intricate.
It was a feast for the eyes as the colourful jewellery moved down the ramp on the graceful models. Catching the eye was the butterfly diamond and ruby set, gold cuffs, the encrusted petal diamond necklace with pearl droplets and the looped pearl chains that were the centre of the diamond necklace with matching earrings.
A giant peacock pendant was the centre of attraction of a grand neckpiece, while the elephant kada with enamel work brought in tradition at its best. The delicately designed lacy diamond neckpiece with shimmering prongs was a vision of beauty.
When it comes to a blend of the traditional and contemporary, then the Surya Golds collection in association with Swarovski Gemstones is the perfect fashion offering for trendsetters.
