Bhubaneswar: The sustainability conference held at Aditya Birla Group’s Lapanga based Aditya Aluminium, was inaugurated by Mr Satish Pai, the Managing Director of Hindalco vey recently at the company premises. This conference was represented by the senior dignitaries of Hindalco, in which various environmental and safety related themes were discussed.
The Dignitaries deliberated upon the highest standard of state of the art practices on environment and safety domain which are being adopted in the operation of the plant. On this occasion, Mr Pai, also inaugurated the newly built Hindalco Centre of Learning Excellence (Gyanadhara).
The employees shall getimmensely benefitted after getting training from this Centre and execute highest standard of practices in their work.
MrPai too visited the company premises and expressed his satisfaction on the different practices adopted in the operation of the plant related to environment, safety, and health domain. Among others, Mr Rajesh Gupta, the Cluster Head of Hindalco Cluster, MrSamikBasu, the CHRO (Chief Human Resource Officer) of Hindalco, Mr Bibhu Mishra, the COO of Aditya Aluminium, Mr Kailash Pandey, Head-Smelter Plant of Aditya Aluminium, MrJasbir Singh, Cluster HR Head of Hindalco, MrSushant Guru, Head-CPP of Aditya ALuminium were present during the occasion.
