Shimla: Governor Acharya Devvrat released a documentary film ‘Maa Balasundri Shaktidham’ at Raj Bhawan here today. The documentary was based on a legend on her coming to Triklokpur near Nahan in Sirmour District from Devband of District Saharanpur (UP).
Yatra of Maa Balasundri from Devband to Trilokpur, besides Maa Lalita Devi Temple Triklopur has specially been picturized in the documentary.
Documentary has been directed by Rajender, who hails from a village Jabbal-ka-Bagh near Nahan in Sirmour district. Prior to it, he had also made a documentary on Jagannath Rath Yatra Nahan. He also presented a CD of this documentary to the Governor. Governor appreciated the efforts of Rajender for bringing out this documentary.
