Puri: High probability of CycloneFani making landfall at Puri Town; landfall process expected from 9:30 AM till 2 PM tomorrow; all government, private offices along with shops and markets directed to remain closed says Odisha Chief Secretary.
CycloneFani lies centred 240 kms from Puri and is approaching Odisha at a speed of 17 kmph; landfall expected between 8 AM and 10 AM tomorrow (May3); wind speed during landfall expected to be around 170 to 180 kmph.
