Global Indian School observed 2nd Annual & Foundation Day here in Paralakhemundi Campus

Report by Amodh Bardhan, Paralakhemkundi: Global Indian school which provides free education to the poor tribal, minority and deprived children of Gajapati District as this district is known as a minority district by the central government and most of the children from this community are deprived of quality education.
Looking at these issues the school was established in the year 7th December 2017 with an aims to provide quality education with free of cost to the deprived and destitute children and to strive hard to make the Gajapati District as a hundred percent Literacy one day.
The school observed the 2nd foundation and Annual Day Celebration with great gaiety and patriotic spirit. International Women Rights Activists Mrs. Shampa Rice graced the occasion as Chief Guest and encouraged the children to study well in their education because they are the future leaders of the country. M.Ranjan Biswas graced the occasion as guest of honour, Women Rights Activists Miss. Santi Lata Bardhan , B.Nabodh Kumar. B.Santa Murthy graced the occasion as honourable guests.
Global Indian School Founder Amodh Kumar Bardhan said 15 years I have run pillar to Post all over the states to get a quality education due to poverty but there was no hope for me due to lack of this kind of school. Having pain in his heart for the poor tribal and below poverty line children I have established the school so that all section of children can come and study in the school. Mr. Bardhan in his speech said Giving Education to the deprived children is like giving sight to the blind. Students performed numbers of Cultural activities like, Modern Dance, Sambalpuri Dance. Students gave speech on “Swatch Bharat Abhiya”, “Digital India”. Students won in the Annual Sports Day and Cultural Activities were awarded with the prized on this day by the Guests on the stage.
The meeting was presided over by School teacher sebika Karado and all the school teachers participated in the programme finally a Vote of thanks was delivered by Miss. Sabina Karado.
