Paralakhemundi: Gajapati district Administration organized a Campaign against Child Marriage to propagate & focus on better care on education & health of those girls & who attained puberty to promote them on mainstream in society.Speaking on the occasion while launching on the vehicle filled all messages on remedial measures to sensitize the parents on importance of good health & danger on mal-nutrition; Mr.Anupam Saha, Collector Gajapati focussed attention mainly on girls education where the role of parents is imminent.Besides that in slums & rural pockets those sensitive parents more relief to dispose their daughters & sons on marital status without understanding its health lacuna & future on early age.
For which they either invite IMR or MMR.Among others District Child Welfare Committee Chairman Binod Kumar Jena,District Child Protection Officer Arun Kumar Tripathy,District Social Welfare Officer Maina Hembram,CDPO Gouri Nayak graced the occasion.The campaign vehicle will awaken on anti-child marriage in Kashinagar,Gumma & Gosani blocks along with most sensitive slum areas of Paralakhemundi Municipality zone.
