Bhubaneswar: Former Accountant General Amar Patnaik joins Biju Janata Dal ( BJD) in the presence of party supremo and CM Naveen Patnaik. Soon after his joining in the conch party, the party supremo appointed Patnaik as the head of the IT cell of the party .
