Bhubaneswar: Direct flight operation between Bhubaneswar and Ahmedabad from September 1. This was informed by the Biju Patnaik International Airport (BPIA) official.
Bhubaneswar-Ahmedabad direct flight will start journey from Ahmedabad at 8:55 am and reach BPIA at 11. 20 am. The return flight will depart Bhubaneswar at 11.50 am and reach Ahmedabad at 2.10 pm.
IndiGo airline will also start its operations between Bhubaneswar and Ahmedabad. The direct flights from Bhubaneswar-Ahmedabad will be available thrice in a week – Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
According to sources, the Airport Authority of India (AAI) has decided to increase its daily flight operation at BPIA to 68 from existing 42 under its new winter schedule plan.
