Bhubaneswar: Death toll in Odisha due to Cyclone Fani rises to 13. As per the report four persons each from Baripada & Jajpur have been killed while one each from Balasore, Kendrapara, Nayagarh, Puri and Keonjhar districts have lost their lives in the cyclone .
