Bhubaneswar: CycloneFani likely to cross Odisha through Satpada and Balukhand area in Puri on May 3. All 28 teams of NDRF, 20 ODRAF units & other Fire Services units are being dispatched to areas on priority basis says SRC Bishnupada Sethi.
JTWC forecast at 8 am (Wednesday) CycloneFani would cross near Puri (Balukhanda) on May 3 afternoon. Wind speed before land fall would be about 175 kmph & pass through Jagatsinghpur, Cuttack (Niali), Jajpur, Bhadrak, Balasore & Mayurbhanj before going to West Bengal.
